# $20,000 Community GIVEWAY Campaign

Oh Whale is launching an exclusive $20,000 community rewards campaign to recognize and reward our most engaged and creative supporters. This campaign will remain live until Stage 5 of the presale sells out ($500,000).

## 🎉 How to Enter the Campaign

To participate, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Make a purchase of $100+ of $OHW tokens at any time during the campaign.\
3️⃣ Comment on the pinned campaign tweet answering: “What would you do if you won?”

## 🏆 How Winners Are Selected

🏅 Phase 1: Team Selection \
\- After the contest ends, the Oh Whale team will review all submitted comments and select 20 of the most original, creative, or engaging responses.\

🏅 Phase 2: Community Voting \
\- The final 20 selected entries will compete for the most likes & interactions on their comment. \
\- The top 20 most-liked comments will determine the final winners based on engagement.\
\
🏅 Phase 3: Rewards Distribution \
\- The final winners will be announced live in an X Spaces session. \
\- All rewards will be directly distributed to the wallets of the winners used for their presale purchase.

## 📜 Terms & Conditions

By entering or participating, each entrant ("Participant") agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Oh Whale, which are final and binding in all respects.\

\- Only users who meet the eligibility requirements are allowed to participate. \
\- Participants must have purchased at least $100 worth of $OHW tokens during the campaign period, purchases that have been made before the campaign start a\
\- Participants must follow all campaign instructions, including liking, retweeting, commenting on the pinned campaign tweet and submitting their twitter (X) handle (username) with their TX hash into google form. \
\- The Oh Whale team will select 20 finalist comments based on creativity & originality. \
\- Winners will be determined by community engagement (most likes on the comment). \
\- Winners will be announced on Oh Whale's official Twitter account and Telegram group. \
\- Oh Whale will contact winners through Twitter DMs or via official communication channels. \
\- Winners must respond within 48 hours, or their prizes may be forfeited. \
\- All rewards will be sent directly to the same wallet addresses used for purchasing $OHW tokens. \
\- Rewards will be distributed within 7 days after the winners' announcement. \
\- Oh Whale reserves the right to amend, cancel, or disqualify participants who do not comply with the rules. \
